ebay’s money pit of seduction strikes again
April 24, 2005 – 8:25 pmi win! although, if you are able to view this page you will see that bidding action on this timeless piece of (functional) art can truly be qualified as “wild.” also: “wooly.” thanks to my patented and secret carpet-bombing bidding technique, i managed to escape with the loot by the skin of my teeth. [hold breath] now for the shipping costs.
new blog plot line coming soon: the riviera rebuild. it would appear that help is already available. such as it is.

I have used and owned a Riviera/Zacconi “Eagle” for many years. I have replaced two heating elements in two separate 800W units. If your 800W element happens to expire I can explain the fabrication req or help with the repair cheaply. BTW do not crossthread, mangle, or lose the flange cap consisting of the heat element. It can not be replaced and is integral in the modification/fix for a defunct heater element.
