April 26, 2005 – 11:31 pmthey say it will take FIVE DAYS for the payment to clear for this piece of machinery. why, pray tell, would one use paypal if the payment clearance is roughly akin to hand-delivering a check to indianapolis and hitchhiking back with the goods?!
in any case, it means this blog’s riviera rebuild plot line will be another few days in coming.

agreed. now i just hafta figure out how it works. it appears to be direct-plumbed, but it’s a baffling setup. will be fun to restore…
