whhuuuaaa. some seriously kum-ba-ya chatter going on over at the guru-steered espresso echo chamber. as always, the reading is good for you, if somewhat repetitive in theme. there’s talk of “comfort espresso” and “being one with the coffee”, for example. the good news: i still haven’t seen today’s reference to the “third wave” of espresso innovation.

UPDATE: here it is! and boy, is there some smack laid down. (layed? lied? looed?) those tricky, counter- counter-culturalists at portland’s stumptown can broach a ruckus in a hurry.
