say what? dan kehn has been running a forum dedicated to lever espresso machines for, like, weeks now?! not only that, there’s an official, maniacal (and officially maniacal) fan club?? this blog needs to seriously start making use of this innerneck thingy a little more often.
Wow, I am inspired. When a Hungarian explores the nuances of coffee machines, latte art, roasting techniques, etc, with such passion and fastidious care, an Italian like me realizes that I need to do more than simply stand at the Starbucks counter. Thanks for raising the bar!
