wheezing excuse mongering
November 22, 2005 – 9:57 pmthis blog, alas, is shivering in bed and begging for more blankets. popped vitamin C and garlic every hour throughout the night, and, lo, the gladiator match with the bedside stand ended at about 3 a.m. but after a full day’s work, the womb-fresh feeling one has upon emerging from the other side of a bone-beating illness had begun to wear off, and i am afraid we shall return to the herbal fixations this evening.
funny how i suddenly loathe coffee when sick. the isomac has been glowing but unused for three days now, just oscillating subserviently through its boiler cycles but never having to exert the pressure i demand when i thrust a puck into her maw and yank the lever. i should turn her off, really … all that electricity. but the green and red lights are nice company through the throes of feverish smackdowns, even if the brew itself isn’t. does this hyperbolic poo mean i should return to slumber, that the overheated brain matter is now exceeding its bounds and splattering on this blog? why, yes. yes, it does.
meanwhile, i’ll post recollections of the weekend, before the amazon leech began sucking my medulla through its snarling proboscis.

(yes, this blog realizes that the passage of time creates air bubbles on the art, and that i should have taken this picture WAY sooner.)
