when what you really want is ‘taste amnesia’

wednesday: wherein the sporadic quest to find a more narrowly suited milk for my espressos suffers a setback. turns out the locally grazed raw whole from white’s jersey dairy tastes a bit like goulash. also: corned beef. obliterated the puro scuro much the way carnation bar-b-meat might sully an oyster.
