April 24, 2006 – 4:51 pmyou know, if this blog were to make any jokes about jimseven’s epic tale of his week in el salvador, it would seem almost sacrilegious — and i’m not even a fan of the el salvadors. it’s just one of those moving glimpses of real coffee that utterly transcends all this echo-rific blather. (or maybe it’s just that this blog has been in bed, reconstituting its cheerios in compote form all day, and now feels rather perky and womb fresh.)
in any case, go read. leave this blog, go ahead — i’ll be here all day.

I had a shot of one of the El Salvador components this morning and it was a lovely sweet shot. I’ll have a chat with my roaster today or tomorrow and sort you out some green. Will hit you up for an address in a day or so.
