Somebody give that man an apron.
you forget, jon. he’s a complete establishment shunner. ever see the totally insane roaster/grinder combo he used to use? ahem:

actually, i saw white and thought it was an apron. upon closer examination, i can’t believe you’d risk black cat spatter on your linen drawers.
also: thanks for the earler advice on getting a better deal on the beans. he hasn’t worked out a wholesale-ish rate yet, but the bro tells me he got a local cafe that uses black cat to supply him with enough for a large gig, then rebate him what he doesn’t use. as the volume increases, i suspect he can angle for a better price.
i have recieved minimal splatter on pants. continue to weigh the benefits in professional appeal of serving w/o an apron as opposed to the lack of appeal of a few small drops of cat juice. they easily come out with hot water. i think with practice i can avoid the splatter entirely.
When he has worked out the wholesale rate can he email me and tell me what he has decided the wholesale price is.
