those are vintage fanboy legos, friends, depicting vintage espresso devices in a grainy, vintage-like photograph. any more obscure and inter-referential and you’d need the dewey decimal system and a mild hallucinogenic.
also, maybe some puppets.

if you’re referring to female prescription medication that may or may not have, at one point, been accidentally administered to non-intended recipients, then …
