SERBC: michelle rough cut
October 23, 2007 – 6:36 pmUPDATE: as spoofed in last year’s puppet show, michelle is an utter dynamo from a cafe we can vouch for who, ah, adores competing. it’s quite funny, really. she grins and lectures and pulls shots with all the lumbering ponderance of a hummingbird. a hummingbird with muscles. espresso machines under michelle’s purview take a graceful beating.
note how much time she has left, even though she re-pulled two espressos and incorporated an engaging lecture on channeling in the process. the sig: espresso over a brown sugar and spice paste.

I go from an effervescent pheasant to a dynamo hummingbird…maybe next year I’ll be at electron status!
I was very blessed to have made it to the finals with the other 5 AMAZING baristas - Good Job guys =)

thanks! my friend has a buisness doing them - thought it’d be a cool touch…
…i have about 75 bottles left - needless to say I have been drinking alot of water lately and advertising the SERBC at the same time!

Michelle you really rocked out your presentation. I have never seen a barista move so fast. I always know I have to be on top of my game when I see you at competition. Great job.
