Terroir is a great company and they are taking lots of effort to balance the teeter-totter of value and price for the little guys like me. I have the highest respect for their mission but it's boiling down mostly to numbers now. Having said that, I think Crema Coffee has some serious talent behind the trier and the thought of switching to them - if that's what it ultimately comes to - does not fill me with dread at all. Premature.
