I love reading your blog and recently was recommended a new coffee site by my friend who uses it when she travels now, http://www.otherthanstarbucks.com, just figured I’d share the info!! Keep up the good writing!
I helped with a couple of these test sites back in the day. A typical Pilot Station goes through 5000 cups of coffee per week in sales (some more than that). Interestingly, they had four 2052-20e (twin 2 gallon systems) FETCOs, going full tilt each morning AND afternoon. 8 gallons of coffee every 45 min?! I am pretty sure they made profit/flow on coffee than fuel.
This blog isn't about espresso in a vacuum -- such milieus have their value and are listed below -- but about how sublime coffee collides with real life.
or is the Fetco the smallest gas tanker?
it is. yes. affirmative.
